摘  要:弹力牛仔在臭氧洗水过程中会出现失弹现象,这严重影响了牛仔服装的服用性能。文章对牛仔用聚醚型氨纶进行臭氧洗水,研究了臭氧浓度、处理时间、pH值、含湿量对纤维弹性回复率、断裂强度和纤维形貌等的影响,探讨了臭氧洗水下聚醚型氨纶的失弹机理。结果表明,臭氧主要作用于氨纶的软链段,使链段氧化、断裂,导致纤维失弹。此外,臭氧溶于水后产生羟基自由基,其与纤维发生氧化反应也是造成纤维失弹的原因之一。对于含有聚醚型氨纶的弹力牛仔面料臭氧洗水时,臭氧处理时间应控制在30 min以内,含湿量应控制在60%左右,pH值宜控制在5~7。The elastic damage of elastic denim will happen during the ozone washing process,which will seriously affect its wearing property.In this paper,polyether polyurethane fiber was treated by ozone washing,and the effect of washing parameters,including ozone concentration,treatment time,pH value and moisture content,on the elastic recovery rate,breaking strength and fiber morphology was discussed,and the elasticity loss mechanism of polyether polyurethane fiber under ozone washing was investigated.The result indicates that the ozone mainly acts on the soft chain section of polyurethane,which oxidizes and breaks the chain segment,causing the elasticity loss of polyether polyurethane fiber.In addition,the hydroxyl radical is produced when the ozone is dissolved in water,which is another reason caused the elasticity loss of fibers.Thus,for elastic denim fabrics that contain polyether polyurethane fibers,the excellent process conditions are ozone treatment time less than30min,moisture content at60%and pH value at5~7.
