摘　　要：运用文献资料法、访谈法,结合教学实践,从基本体操创编、技术动作示范、保护与帮助、体操教学网格化管理及网络交流4个方面进行论述,深刻阐明了网络时代湖北省普通高校体操教学改革的发展趋势。同时也指出湖北省普通高校体操教学比赛应从竞赛组织和网格化管理、竞赛内容变革、专业课程设置及师资配比方面进行相应调整。以期在教学实践中进一步改进、提高体操教学质量,把握时代脉搏,为科学、有效地普及和推广体操运动做出贡献。Discussed from basic gymnastics creation,technical movement demonstration,protection and help,and gymnastics teaching grid management and network communication four aspects,using the method of literature,interview and teaching practice,this paper clarified the development trend of colleges'gymnastics teaching reform in Hubei under network era.At the same time,it also pointed out that gymnastics teaching competitions in colleges should be adjusted from the aspects of competition organization and grid management,competition content change,professional curriculum setting and teacher matching.In order to further improve the quality of gymnastics teaching and keep pace with the society development which contributes to the scientific and effective popularization and promotion of gymnastics.
