摘 要:供弹机构是磁阻型电磁发射器的重要组成部分,其功能为实现连续可靠供弹。原理的不同决定了磁阻型电磁发射器的供弹机构有别于传统火药发射武器。在前人的研究基础上,设计了容弹量更大的双排单进供弹机构。通过原理分析提出设计方案,利用电磁仿真软件Ansoft Maxwell建立电磁仿真模型进行电磁学仿真,利用三维建模软件建立三维模型装配后导入Adams中进行动力学仿真。利用3D打印技术制作模型并搭建试验平台进行实验验证,试验结果与仿真结果对比表明该双排供弹机构能够可靠运行。The feed mechanism is an important part of the reluctance electromagnetic accelerator,and its function is to achieve the continuous and automatic feeding.The difference of the theory makes the reluctance electromagnetic accelerator’s feeding mechanism is different from the traditional gunpowder weapons.Based on the research,we design a double-row single-feeding mechanism with larger capacity.A simulation model is established by electromagnetic simulation software Ansoft Maxwell for electromagnetic simulation.A three-dimensional model was built and Adams imported for dynamic simulation after assembly.3D printer was used to print the model and experimental platform was set up for verification.Comparing the experimental results to the simulation results shows that this feed mechanism can work reliably.
