摘 要:首先将FeSiCr金属粉末经0.9 wt%磷酸磷化处理,然后对其采用SiO_2进行包覆、成型及退火处理制备了FeSiCr磁粉心,研究了SiO_2包覆量对FeSiCr磁粉心电阻率、功率损耗、直流叠加特性、磁导率及其频率特性的影响。结果表明,采用SiO_2包覆会降低磁粉心的密度、磁导率与饱和磁化强度,但是可以提高电阻率与截止频率,减小功耗,改善直流叠加特性。The FeSiCr magnetic powder cores were prepared by phosphating process,SiO2coating,pressing and annealing treatment,and the effects of SiO2coating on the electrical resistivity,power loss,DC superposition characteristic,permeability and its frequency characteristics of FeSiCr magnetic powder cores were studied.The results show that the SiO2coating can decrease the density,permeability,and the saturation magnetization,but increase the electrical resistivity,cut-off frequency,decrease power loss and improve DC-bias characteristic of the FeSiCr magnetic powder cores.
