摘　　要：造船企业在哀鸿遍野的环境中艰难生存,成本控制是企业生存的有效途径。文章从精益生产的角度分析造船企业成本控制的三个方面,结合企业自身的特点,指出降低成本的方法,为企业发展提供一个可行的方案。It is difficult for shipbuilding enterprises to survive in bad environment.Cost control is the only way for an enterprise to survive.The paper analyzes the three aspects of cost control in shipbuilding enterprises from the angle of lean production.Combining with the characteristics of the enterprise,the method of reducing the cost is pointed out,which provides a feasible solution for the development of the enterprise.
