摘  要:针对桥检车支腿机构下降液压回路易出现低频振荡冲击的现象,分析桥检车用液压锁阀及单向节流阀组成的支腿液压回路的工作原理和结构特点,建立基于AMESim模型仿真的支腿升降液压回路。研究液压锁阀控制比、单向节流阀节流孔径及单向节流阀安装位置对支腿液压油缸动态特性的影响,为支腿液压回路中相关液压元件选型设计及优化匹配提供参考。In view of the bridge inspection car leg agency hydraulic back to Louis,the phenomenon of the low frequency oscillation impact, analysis of the bridge inspection vehicle hydraulic lock valve and one-way throttle valve of leg working principle and structure characteristics of hydraulic circuits, established a model based on AMESim simulation leg lift hydraulic circuits. Research on hydraulic lock valve control than, one-way throttle valve, throttle aperture and one-way throttle valve installation position on the leg on the effect of dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic oil cylinder, hydraulic circuit for leg related hydraulic components selection in design and matching circuit optimization to provide the reference.
