摘　　要：苯佐卡因作为局麻药,有止痛、止痒的作用,临床上用于创面麻醉、溃疡面麻醉、粘膜表面麻醉和痔疮麻醉。同时,它也是重要的医药中间体,可作为奥索仿、奥索卡因、普鲁卡因等前体原料。本文主要介绍苯佐卡因的合成方法,为苯佐卡因合成工艺的进一步开发提供参考。Benzocaine was a kind of local anesthetics,which could stop itch and pain.In clinic,it was applied to wound anesthesia,ulcer surface anesthesia,anesthesia of mucosal surface,hemorrhoids anesthesia,and was also an important medicinal intermediate produces of orthoform,orthocaine and porocaine.This paper mainly introduces the synthesis methods of benzocaine,which provided data for the development of synthetic process.
