脐带血血清总胆红素检测在新生儿溶血病早期诊治中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨脐带血血清总胆红素检测在新生儿溶血病早期诊治中的应用价值。方法选择本院2017年4月-2017年11月期间诊疗的500例溶血病新生儿,对新生儿溶血三项予以试验,再经全自动分析仪的运用,对脐带血血清总胆红素水平实施检测,以此判断试验结果和母亲血型、黄疸时间的关联性。结果 500例新生儿中,母婴不同血型下其脐带血血清总胆红素水平、溶血三项检测结果存在明显差异,如O-O型HDN为13.46%、O-A型HDN为55.75%、O-B型HDN为54.24%。结论针对新生儿溶血病诊治工作,脐带血血清总胆红素检测、溶血三项试验存在相应的价值,可为后续诊疗创造条件。Objective To explore the value of serum total bilirubin in umbilical cord blood in early diagnosis and treatment of hemolytic disease of newborn.Methods A total of500cases of hemolytic disease of newborns with diagnosis and treatment during the period from April2017to November2017in our hospital were selected.The three in dexes of hemolysis of the newborn were tested,and then the automatic analyzer was used.The level of total bilirubin in blood serum of the umbilical cord was detected to determine the correlation between the results of the test and the time of the blood group and jaundice of the mother.Results In500newborns,there was a significant difference between the total bilirubin level and the three results of hemolysis in the umbilical cord blood serum under different blood groups of mother and baby.The O-O type HDN was13.46%,the O-A type HDN was55.75%,and the O-B type HDN was54.24%.Conclusion In accordance with the diagnosis and treatment of hemolytic disease of the newborn,the three tests of total bilirubin and hemolysis of umbilical cord blood have corresponding value,which can create conditions for subsequent diagnosis and treatment.
