“新标准下”某炼化企业污水处理厂效果评估研究

摘　　要：伴随着石油石化炼化企业的快速发展,我国水污染问题日益严重,国家也相继颁布了更为严格的污染物排放标准。2017年7月《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》两项标准已经全面实施,污染物排放标准也更为严格。某炼化企业污水处理厂采用预处理和生化处理技术,工艺运行稳定,实际运行水量800-1300m3/h,外排水达到了《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》污染物排放标准。本文对该炼化企业污水处理厂进行了效果评估研究。With the rapid development of petrochemical enterprises,the problem of water pollution in China is becoming more and more serious,and the government has promulgated more stringent pollutant discharge standards.In July2017,<Pollutant discharge standard of petrochemical industry>and<Standard of pollutant discharge in petroleum refinery industry>have been fully implemented,thus the discharge standard of pollutants is becoming more and more stringent.Two processes are included in the refinery wastewater treatment plant with pretreatment process and biological treatment process.This refinery wastewater treatment plant runs stably.The actual running water is800-1300m3/h,and the external drainage reaches the<Standard of pollutant discharge in petroleum refinery industry>.In this paper,the author studied the effect evaluation of this refinery wastewater treatment plant.
