摘　　要：在复杂的新陈代谢变化的背景下,危重症患者的营养支持常常是一项富有挑战性的任务。营养不良和营养过剩都会增加患者发病率和病死率,因此如何给每一名危重症患者提供个体化的最佳能量热卡和营养底物至关重要。In the context of complex metabolic changes,it is a big challenge in nutritional support incritically ill patients due to the complex metabolism.Both malnutrition andoverfeeding will increase patientsmorbidity and mortality.Therefore,it is crucial that how to individualized provide the bestenergy calorie and nutrient.
