摘  要:急性肺损伤(ALI)或急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)是肺内外多种原因引起的,以顽固性低氧血症为特征的临床综合征。其发病机制复杂,是危重症治疗的难题。研究证实ARDS的病理改变以肺泡血管通透性增加,间质水肿,肺泡炎性细胞浸润为主。微小RNA(micro RNA)是一种非编码RNA,在多个信号通路和细胞过程中发挥重要调控作用。目前微小RNA在ARDS的发病过程中作用的研究尚处于起步阶段。本文对micro RNAs在ARDS发病中肺泡上皮屏障改变、血管通透性变化和炎症改变的影响进行综述,为进一步研究ARDS的早期诊断和预后判断提供新的思路。Acute lung injury(ALI)or acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS)is a syndrome that caused by various plumonary or extra-pulmonary diseases and characterized by refractory hypoxemia.Its pathogenesis is complicated and the treatment remains challenging.Researches have denmonstrated the pathological changes of ARDS as increased permeability of alveolar blood vessels,interstitial edema and infiltration by inflammatory cells.MicroRNAs are a series of non-coding RNAs,which play an important role in regulation of several signal pathways and cellular processes.Nowadays,limited studies have reported how microRNAs affect ARDS.In this paper,we reviewed articles reporting the role of microRNAs in alveolar epithelium barrier function,pulmonary blood vessel permeability and inflammation in ARDS,in order to provide new insights in early diagnosing and better predicting outcome in ARDS patients.
