摘　　要：针对金属表面处理废水污染物多且杂的本质特征,本文以广东某公司的金属表面处理工业生产废水处理站的工程实例,介绍一种实用的金属表面处理废水处理方法。该公司的金属表面处理工序含有酸洗磷化及喷漆,经过运行调试,出水满足广东省地方标准《电镀水污染物排放标准》(DB44/1597-2015)处理标准要求,系统运行稳定,操作方便。In view of the nature of many surface contaminants and miscellaneous metals in surface treatment,this paper introduces a practical example of metal surface treatment wastewater treatment project in a company in Guangdong based on a metal surface treatment industrial production wastewater treatment station.The company’s metal surface treatment processes include pickling,phosphating and painting.After running and commissioning,the effluent meets the standard of“Discharge Standard of Electroplating Water Pollutants”(DB44/1597-2015)of Guangdong Province,and the system is stable and easy to operate.
