摘  要:针对连退烧嘴调节阀堵塞情况进行分析,指出堵塞物的成分主要为氯化铵等杂质,并深入分析杂质来源以及形成机理,制定了后期的整改对策,以确保连退机组的稳定、高效生产。The problem of clogging in burner regulating valve of continuous annealing line was analyzed.It was pointed out that the main composition of the clogging substance was ammonium chloride.The source of the foreign matter was analyzed in depth and countermeasures were drawn up,to ensure the stable and high-efficiency production of the unit.
