热风炉烟气使高炉煤气脱湿的研究

摘　　要：通过吸附剂吸收高炉煤气中的水分,增加高炉煤气热值,从而提高热风炉的风温,用热风炉烟气加热吸附剂使其脱附,实现吸附剂循环使用。通过理论分析得出,该方法可提高风温40~80℃,使高炉燃料比减少4~6 kgce/t铁。The heat value of blast furnace gas was increased by using adsorbent to absorb the moisture in the gas,so as to improve the blast temperature of the hot stove.Then using blast stove flue gas to heat the adsorbent to desorption,achieving the recycled use of adsorbent.Theoretical analysis showed that the method can increase the blast temperature by40~80℃and reduce the fuel ratio of blast furnace by4-6kgce/t Fe.
