摘  要:在钢铁冶炼领域,透平鼓风机组电液伺服驱动的可靠性是非常关键但又容易被忽视的环节,直接影响高炉冶炼的稳定可靠性。通过对梅钢新三号MAN透平鼓风机组的电液伺服驱动系统分析,提出一种彻底的电液伺服系统冗余改造方案,并实施改造,成功实现了电液驱动系统最后一个环节的冗余,确保了电液伺服系统中任何部件故障自动无扰切换,提高了机组的安全可靠性。The reliability of electronic-hydraulic servo system of steam turbine is very critical but also easily to be neglected to the stable and reliable operation of steelmaking process.Through analysis of the electronic-hydraulic servo system of the New No.3turbine of Meishan Steel,a complete upgrading program for redundant electronic-hydraulic servo was put forward and implemented,which successfully achieved the redundancy of the last link in the electronic-hydraulic drive system,ensured automatic undisturbed switch of any defected parts in the system and improved the safety and reliability of the unit.
