摘　　要：侧压机是2500热轧线上重要设备之一,侧压机机架是侧压机的关键部件。它的安装是侧压机安装的关键工序,由于它是各片梁组成,安装就位过程中还需旋转,主梁变形量将直接影响侧压机安装质量,从而影响侧压机工作效果。叙述了吊装过程的技术要点。As the side pressing machine is one of important equipments of the2500hot rolling line and the side press frame is the key part of the side press,installation of the side press frame is the key to the lateral pressure machine installation process.The frame is the composition of all plate beams,so it needs to rotate in the installation process.Any main girder deformation will directly affect the installation quality of lateral pressure machine,thus affect the operation effect of lateral pressure machine.The technical essentials in the installation process are presented.
