摘　　要：先天性主动脉缩窄(Co A)是一种先天性大血管病变,未经治疗的CoA患者大多在30岁前死亡。现报道1例67岁首次诊断主动脉缩窄同时合并严重冠心病、冠脉三支病变并长期存活的老年患者的诊疗经过,并探讨了该疾病的诊断及治疗的相关研究。Congenital coarctation of the aorta(CoA)is a congenital macrovascular disease.Most of the untreated CoA patients died before the age of30years.This study presented a67-year-old patient who was first diagnosed as aortic coarctation with severe coronary heart disease and was long-term survival.This paper reviewed the diagnosis and treatment of the patient and reviewed the relevant literature of the diagnosis and treatment.
