摘　　要：设备的前期管理是生产线建设项目的一项重要工作,设备前期管理水平关系着生产线建设项目的成败。论文结合作者在生产线建设项目中的工作经验,系统性介绍了从设备规划到设备运行初期管理等设备前期管理各环节的主要内容及关注重点。The early management of the equipment is an important work of the production line construction project.The early management level of the equipment is related to the success or failure of the production line construction project.Combining the work experience of the author in the production line construction project,this paper systematically introduces the main contents and key points in every aspect of equipment early management from equipment planning to initial operation of equipment.
