摘　　要：论文通过叙述CCHX商业银行的上市背景和基本情况,阐明CCHX银行上市的主要障碍,提出其上市的内外部策略选择。希望能为相关人士提供一定参考。This paper aims to provide certain reference to relevant people,through narrating the background and basic information of listing of CCHX commercial bank,and illuminating of its main obstacles,and proposing the internal and external options of IPO strategy.
