探讨艾盒灸联合耳穴压豆治疗颈肩腰腿痛的疗效及护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨艾盒灸联合耳穴压豆治疗颈肩腰腿痛的疗效以及缓解疼痛的护理对策。方法将2015年1月至2016年1月某院收诊的颈肩腰腿痛患者68例按照随机原则分为试验组与对照组,每组患者各34例,对照组患者采用耳穴压豆的方式治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上增加艾盒灸联合耳穴压豆的方式进行治疗。两组患者均进行为期2周的治疗,比较两组患者的疼痛缓解情况。结果治疗前两组患者的临床症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者的临床症状评分均明显下降(P<0.01),两组之间对比,试验组评分(3.65±0.68)分明显低于对照组的(4.29±0.69)分(P<0.01);试验组患者治疗总有效率79.41%明显高于对照组的47.06%(P<0.05)。结论艾盒灸联合耳穴压豆可以明显缓解颈肩腰腿痛。Objective To explore the curative effect of moxa box moxibustion combined with articular point pressing with beans in the treatment of neck-shoulder and lumbocrural pains and and nursing strategies in releasing pains.Methods68cases of patients admitted by a hospital from January2015to January2016were selected and randomly divided into the experimental and the control group,with34cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given auricular point pressing with beans while the experimental group were given moxa box moxibustion combined with auricular point pressing with beans.Patients in both groups were given two weeks'treatment and their pain release conditions were compared.Results Before treatment,the clinical symptom score difference of the two groups showed no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom scores of both groups lowered significantly(P<0.01).The score of the experimental group(3.65±0.68)was significantly lower than that(4.29±0.69)of the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the experimental group was79.41%,significantly higher than that(47.06%)of the control group(<0.05).Conclusion Moxa box moxibustion combined with auricular point pressing with beans could significantly release neck-shoulder and lumbocrural pains.
