摘  要:利用奇偶模分析和端口网络分析,提出了一种弱耦合强度定向耦合器的宽带、小型化设计方法。采用耦合微带线结构加载均衡网络的设计方式,设计了一种工作在30~512 MHz频率范围,可承受200 W连续波功率,耦合度为50 dB,不平坦度≤±0.5 dB,驻波比≤1.2:1,插损≤0.1 dB的宽带小型化双定向耦合器,尺寸远远小于1/4波长。同时,提出了一种能够有效改善方向性的设计方法,使其方向性不小于20 dB。经仿真、优化和加工、测试,验证了该设计符合设计要求。Based on analysis of the odd-even mode and ports network,a broadband and miniaturization design of weak-coupling directional coupler is proposed.A kind of miniaturized dual-directional coupler which can withstand200W continuous wave powers is designed.Based on the coupled micro-strip line structure load equilibrium network design method,this design could make its size far less than a quarter wavelength,while its operating frequency is30-512MHz,the coupling degree50dB,the coupled flatness is not greater than±0.5dB,the VSWR not greater than1.2,and the insertion loss not greater than0.1dB.Meanwhile,a design method that can effectively improve the directivity is proposed,thus to make its directivity not less than20dB.Simulation,optimization,processing and testing indicate that the proposed design could satisfy the expected requirements.
