摘　　要：全球气候变化引起北极海冰融化,加剧了各国在北极地区的权益争端。首先提出北极政治腹地及其政治格局概念,其次分析了北极政治腹地政治格局演化的动力机制,并分四个阶段分析了北极政治腹地的政治格局,在此基础上分析了北极政治腹地政治格局的发展趋势,对掌握北极政治状况、制定合理的北极策略及治理机制具有重要的意义。Arctic ice melting faster caused by global climate change intensifies Arctic rights and interests distributes among countries,which result in the popularity of the theoretical analysis of the arctic political issues.Firstly,it was introduced that the concept of Arctic political hinterland and its political framework.Secondly,dynamic mechanism of promoting the political framework of arctic political hinterland evolution was proposed and analyzed.Thirdly,it revealed the political framework of Arctic political hinterland four stages of evolution,on the basis of which,the development trend of the political framework of Arctic political hinterland was carefully analyzed.
