中医治疗e抗原阳性慢性乙型肝炎经验总结

摘　　要：治疗e抗原阳性慢性乙型肝炎在于使体内e抗原转阴,e抗体转阳,以达到抑制或停止病毒复制的目的。目前以抗病毒药物为主要治疗手段,然而很多患者难以获得血清转换。提高免疫力有利于提高血清转换率,而中医自古强调扶正祛邪,在此方面有独特的优势,对于提高免疫力,防止肝损伤,防止或延缓病情发展有积极的作用。Treatment of HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B is to make HBeAg negative and HBeAb positive,in order to achieve the purpose of inhibiting or stopping the virus replication.At present,the main treatment of the disease is antiviral medicine,but obtaining serum conversion is difficult for many patients.Increasing immunity is beneficial in improving serum conversion rates.Since ancient times,TCM has always stressed Fuzheng Quxie,and shows a unique advantage,by improving immunity,preventing from liver injury,preventing from or delaying the development of the disease.
