蛇黄散凝胶剂外敷对蛇伤肿痛的护理观察

摘　　要：目的:通过观察蛇黄散凝胶剂在蛇伤肿痛护理中的作用。方法:将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组同时给予蛇伤常规处理后,对照组40例在伤口周围及肿胀处外敷50%硫酸镁。治疗组40例则外敷蛇黄散凝胶剂,治疗周期为10d,疗程结束后观察两组相关结果。结果:两组患者消肿时间、止痛时间、并发症的发生率以及总有效率相比,治疗组均明显优于对照组。结论:对蛇伤患者护理中使用蛇黄散凝胶剂有助于减轻伤口局部肿痛,疗效确切。Objective:To observe the effect of the Shehuangsan gelata on swelling and pain from snakebite.Methods:80cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.Both groups were given conventional process.The control group was given50%magnesium sulfate more;the treatment group were treated with the Shehuangsan gelata more,with10days as a course.Results:The efficiency in the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:The Shehuangsan gelata on swelling and pain from snakebite shows a definite effect,can reduce the local swelling and pain.
