摘　　要：目的:探讨3M液体敷料对放射性皮炎的预防效果。方法:将80例首次进行放射治疗的患者随机分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予常规护理和喷涂3M液体敷料。比较两组患者放射性皮炎的发生时间及首次出现放射性皮炎时的分级程度。结果:研究组出现放射性皮炎的时间明显晚于对照组(P<0.01),研究组首次出现放射性皮炎时的分级程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:3M液体敷料可有效预防放射性皮炎的发生。Objective:To investigate the preventive effect of3M liquid dressing on radiation dermatitis.Methods:80patients were randomly divided into the control group and study group,40cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing;the study group was given routine nursing and spraying3M liquid dressing.Results:The time of the emergence of radiation dermatitis in the study group was posterior(P<0.01).The grade of radiation dermatitis was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:3M liquid dressing can effectively prevent from the occurrence of radiation dermatitis.
