摘　　要：目的:总结经胃肠管给药的相关注意事项,避免或减少不良事件的发生,促进临床规范用药。方法:分析经饲管给药致饲管堵塞、药物的性质、不良反应及药效改变等常见不良事件的主要影响因素。结果:肠内营养支持的置管方式、输注部位、肠内营养制剂的种类、所给药物的特性、给药及冲管的方式等因素均会影响患者用药的安全有效性。结论:肠内营养支持期间经胃肠管给药过程中,护理人员应掌握正确的给药、冲管方法,对相关的不良反应提高警惕,妥善处置,并注意积累临床经验,以保证患者药物治疗的安全有效性。Objective:The related attentions in gastrointestinal tube delivery were summarized,to avoid or reduce adverse events.Methods:The main influencing factors of the common adverse events were analyzed,such as the blockage of the feeding tube,the nature of the medicine,adverse reaction and medicine effects.Results:The way of placing tube,infusion site,the type of enteral nutrition preparation,the characteristics of medicine,and the way of administration can affect the safety and efficacy of medicine.Conclusion:During enteral nutrition,the staff should grasp the correct medication,flushing pipe method,in order to ensure the safety and effectiveness of medicine.
