摘　　要：血管炎可累及全身多个器官和系统,临床表现复杂且缺乏特异性,20%~30%患者出现胃肠道受累。本文报道了1例以脓血便为首发症状的抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体(ANCA)相关性血管炎(AAV)患者,通过文献复习,对AAV的病理机制、临床症状、治疗进行讨论,旨在提高临床医师对AAV胃肠道表现的认识。Vasculitis is an inflammation of the blood vessel wall that can involve multiple organs and systems throughout the body.The clinical manifestations are complex and lack specificity.Gastrointestinal involvement occurs in 20%-30%of cases.This study reports a case of anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody(ANCA)-associated vasculitis(AAV)with bloody purulent stool as the first symptom,and reviews relevant literature concerning the disease,with the goal of improving clinicians'understanding of AAV gastrointestinal performance by discussing pathological mechanisms,clinical symptoms and treatments for AAV.
