摘　　要：据WHO报道,糖尿病已成为21世纪的一种流行病,其是继肿瘤、心血管病之后的第三大严重威胁人类健康的慢性终身性疾病。文章基于大数据视阈下,立足于我国糖尿病患者管理现状与存在问题,运用互联网的信息交互技术和移动应用技术,通过探讨建立一体化信息系统、移动互联网、物联网、虚拟货币、人工智能5种模式,旨在满足糖尿病患者医疗服务的数据信息化、便捷化需求,有效预防和控制糖尿病,增进医患和谐,提高患者的生存质量,减轻疾病负担,保障人民健康。According to the WHO,diabetes has become a kind of epidemic in the 21st century,which is the third most serious chronic disease threatening human health after cancer and cardiovascular disease.According to the current situation of diabetes management and its existing issues in China,this paper introduces five methods in the management model of diabetics based on the big data.Combining the information exchange technologies with mobile application technologies,these five methods are integrated information system,mobile Internet,Internet of Things,virtual currency and artificial intelligence.The management model of diabetics aims to meet patients'needs of informatization and facilitation in medical services,prevent and control diabetes effectively under a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,and improve the quality of life of diabetics by reducing the burden of diseases to ensure people's health as well.
