健脾益肾、化瘀解毒法联合化疗治疗老年结直肠癌术后30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾益肾、化瘀解毒法联合化疗治疗老年性结直肠癌术后的作用,并比较两组患者的体重、生活质量、治疗前后CEA及CA19-9值的变化、毒副反应的发生。方法:将60例Ⅱ~Ⅲ期老年性结直肠癌根治术后患者随机分配至治疗组和对照组,治疗组予以FOLFOX4方案化疗,14d为一个周期,2个周期为一个疗程,共6个疗程,并从化疗第1天起加服健脾益肾、化瘀解毒方煎药内服;对照组单纯予以FOLFOX4方案化疗,14d为一个周期,2周期为一个疗程,共6个疗程。主要观察两组患者的体重变化、生活质量、治疗前后CEA及CA19-9值的变化、毒副反应的发生。结果:治疗组与对照组在降低CEA、CA19-9数值上经统计学处理后无显著性差异(P>0.05);在提高生活质量、增加体重、减轻血液和消化系统毒副反应方面,治疗组明显优于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两组患者治疗前后CEA及CA19-9无明显差异,在患者生活质量、增加体重,毒副反应的发生方面比较,治疗组明显优于对照组。Objective:To observe the effect of the Jianpi Yishen Huayu Jiedu therapy plus chemotherapy on senile colorectal cancer after operation,and compare the body weight,quality of life,side effects and the change of CEA and CA19-9.Methods:60patients with stageⅡ~Ⅲsenile colorectal cancer were randomly assigned to the treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with FOLFOX4chemotherapy;the treatment group was given the Jianpi Yishen Huayu Jiedu therapy more.The body weight,quality of life,side effects and the change of CEA and CA19-9were observed.Results:There was no significant difference between groups in reducing of CEA and CA19-9(P>0.05).The improvement of the quality of life,increasing weight and alleviating side effects in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Jianpi Yishen Huayu Jiedu therapy plus chemotherapy on senile colorectal cancer after operation shows a better effect in the body weight,quality of life,side effects and so on.
