摘　　要：我国中医古籍尚未发现"肿瘤相关性失眠(CRI)"的记载,现今中医工作者多据CRI临床表现,将其纳入"不寐"范畴进行研究。作为肿瘤相关性疾病中的第二大高发病证,中医在临床治疗上积累了一些经验,且疗效尚佳。本文围绕肿瘤相关性失眠,主要从中医认识、证治分型、病案分析等方面展开论述。The cancer-related insomnia has not being founded in ancient book of TCM.Nowdays,many TCM practitioners have classified it into the category of Bumei according to its clinical manifestations.As the second highest incidence of cancer complications,the clinical experience in TCM has been gained,and the curative efficacy was still good.The TCM cognition,the syndrome differentiation,the medical records analysis and other aspects were discussed in this article.
