导管球囊扩张术联合针刺治疗环咽肌失弛缓2例分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨导管球囊扩张术联合针灸对于环咽肌失弛缓症所致吞咽障碍的治疗效果。方法:分析我科诊治的2例低位脑干梗死伴吞咽困难患者,入院后进行吞咽功能检查及吞咽造影(VFSS)检查,明确诊断为环咽肌失弛缓症。结果:分别给予2例吞咽障碍患者导管球囊扩张术5次、10次,常规吞咽手法、针刺,治疗后患者可独立进食。行吞咽造影检查,2例患者环咽肌均开放,吞咽功能评分明显提高。结论:导管球囊扩张术联合针刺治疗对环咽肌失弛缓症疗效显著,并且操作简便,易于推广。Objective:To investigate the effect of catheter-balloon dilatation plus acupuncture on cricopharyngeal muscle achalasia.Methods:2cases of lower brainstem infarction with dysphagia were analyzed and treated in our department.2cases were diagnosed as cricopharyngeal muscle achalasia by function examination and VFSS.Results:2patients were given acupuncture plus catheter-balloon dilatation of5times,10times respectively.Patients can eat independently;cricopharyngeal muscle was open;and the swallowing functional score was significantly improved.Conclusion:Catheter-balloon dilatation plus acupuncture on cricopharyngeal muscle achalasia shows a significant effect,and is easy to operate and promote.
