参柏清热燥湿方对阴道炎疗效及IL-2、TNF-α的变化

摘　　要：目的:探讨参柏清热燥湿方口服并外洗治疗阴道炎的临床效果,比较治疗前后阴道分泌物中细胞因子IL-2、TNF-α的变化。方法:将湿热蕴结型阴道炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各26例,治疗组采用参柏清热燥湿方口服并外洗,对照组采用保妇康栓治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.46%(23/26),对照组为76.92%(20/26)。两组总有效率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗后阴道分泌物中IL-2和TNF-α均降低,且治疗组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参柏清热燥湿方口服并外洗治疗湿热蕴结型阴道炎疗效显著,并能降低阴道分泌物中IL-2和TNF-α的水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To study clinical efficacy of the Shenbai Qingre Zaoshi prescription on vaginitits and the changes of IL-2and TNF-αin vaginal discharge.Methods:The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(26cases)and control group(26cases).The treatment group was given the Shenbai Qingre Zaoshi prescription internally and externally.The control group was given the Baofukang suppository.Results:The total efficiency was88.46%(23/26)in the treatment group and76.92%(20/26)in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of IL-2and TNF-αin the vaginal discharge was decreased in the groups.And the decreasing amplitude in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Shenbai Qingre Zaoshi prescription internally and externally on vaginitits of the Shire Yunjie type shows a significant effect,can reduce the level of IL-2and TNF-αin the vaginal discharge,and is worthy of promotion and application.
