双黄连口服液(仅适用于儿童)联合热毒宁注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察双黄连口服液(仅适用于儿童)联合使用热毒宁注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的疗效。方法:选取2016年3-11月我院收治的120例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿,随机分为对照组与治疗组,对照组予注射热毒宁进行治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用双黄连口服液(仅适用于儿童)进行治疗。疗程为5d,对两组一般症状消失时间,总有效率及不良反应进行统计学分析。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.7%,明显高于对照组的73.3%(P<0.05)。咽痛、发热等一般症状的消退时间比对照组明显缩短,治疗组与对照组不良反应分别为6.7%,8.3%。结论:双黄连口服液(仅适用于儿童)联合热毒宁注射液治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效确切,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To observe the effects of the Shuanghuanglian oral liquid(only for children)with the Redu'ning injection on pediatric herpes angina.Methods:120cases were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with the Redu'ning injection;the treatment group was treated with the Shuanghuanglian oral solution(only for children)more.The treatment lasted for5days.Results:The total efficiency was86.7%in the treatment group,significantly higher than73.3%in the control group(P<0.05).The regression time of throat,fever and other general symptoms was significantly shorter than that in the control group;adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group were6.7%and8.3%respectively.Conclusion:The Shuanghuanglian oral liquid(only for children)plus the Redu'ning injection is effective on pediatric herpes angina,and is worthy of application.
