中药联合复方当归局部注射治疗结节性痒疹25例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药联合复方当归注射液局部注射治疗结节性痒疹的临床疗效。方法:将50例符合纳入标准的结节性痒疹患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,各25例,对照组口服抗组织胺药扑尔敏,外擦复方吲哚美辛酊,治疗组在对照组基础之上加用中药和复方当归注射液局部注射治疗。治疗6周后进行疗效比较。结果:治疗组痊愈14例,显效8例,有效3例,无效0例,总显效率为88%;对照组痊愈5例,显效7例,有效8例,无效5例,总显效率为48%,治疗组总显效率明显高于对照组。结论:中药联合复方当归注射液局部注射疗效确切,无明显不良反应,且复发率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the effects of TCM medicine plus the Fufang Danggui injection on nodular prurigo.Methods:50cases who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,25cases in each.The control group received antihistamine chlorpheniramine plus indomethacin tincture externally.The treatment group was given TCM medicine plus the Fufang Danggui injection.Results:In the treatment group,cured in14cases,8cases of markedly effective,3cases of effective,0case of ineffective,the total efficiency was88%.In the control group,cured in5cases,markedly effective in7cases,effective in8cases,ineffective in5cases,the total efficiency was48%.The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion:TCM medicine plus the Fufang Danggui injection on nodular prurigo showed definite effects,with no obvious adverse reactions and less recurrence rate,and is worthy of clinical application.
