小青龙汤加减治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察小青龙汤加减治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的效果。方法:选取2015年3月-2016年10月期间我院收治的变异性哮喘患儿共计180例,根据双盲分组法分为治疗组(n=90)和参照组(n=90),参照组患者使用孟鲁司特钠片进行治疗,治疗患者使用小青龙汤加减治疗,畏寒患儿在小青龙汤中加桂枝,反复感冒患儿应在小青龙汤中加白术、防风、黄芪,呛咳患儿应在小青龙汤中加桑白皮、黄芩、菊花,痰多患儿应在小青龙汤中加枇杷叶,对比分析两组患儿肺通气功能、治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果:在肺通气功能对比中,治疗组患儿在PEF、FEV1等肺通气功能中均明显优于参照组,组间对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗效果对比中,治疗组患儿治疗总有效率为93.33%,参照组患儿治疗总有效率为77.77%,经统计学对比分析差异有意义(χ~2=8.8112,P=0.0029<0.05);在不良反应发生率对比中,治疗组患儿不良反应发生率为1.11%,参照组患儿不良反应发生率为8.88%,统计学分析下差异显著(χ~2=5.7310,P=0.0166<0.05)。结论:小青龙汤加减能够有效治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘病症,有效改善患儿肺通气功能,减少不良反应的发生概率,提高治疗效果,帮助患儿尽早恢复健康、回归社会生活,有利于患者在日后更好的成长,具有极佳的临床应用价值。Objective:To observe the effect of the Xiaoqinglong decoction(小青龙汤)on children with cough variant asthma.Methods:180children with cough variant asthma treated in our hospital from March2015to October2016were selected and divided into the treatment group(n=90)and the control group(n=90)according to the double blind grouping method.The control group received Montelukast Sodium Tablets,while the treatment group received the Xiaoqinglong decoction.Results:Compared with the control group,PEF,FEV1and other lung function were significantly improved in the treatment group(P<0.05).In the treatment effect comparison,the total effective rate in the treatment group was93.33%and77.77%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(χ2=8.8112,P=0.0029<0.05).In the comparison of incidence of adverse reactions,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was1.11% and8.88%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.7310,P=0.0166<0.05).Conclusion:The Xiaoqinglong decoction could effectively treat infantile cough variant asthma symptoms,improve children pulmonary ventilation function effectively,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,and improve the effect of treatment.It could help children resume health as soon as possible and return to the social life,which was beneficial to children's better growth in the future,and had good clinical application value.
