疏肝化瘀祛痰法在痰瘀互阻型冠心病心绞痛临床治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨疏肝化瘀祛痰法治疗痰瘀互阻型冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年1月我院心内科收治的80例冠心病心绞痛患者作为研究对象。所有患者均经中医辨证论治为痰瘀互阻型,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,对照组40例患者单纯接受冠心病心绞痛西药治疗,观察组40例患者则在对照组治疗方案基础上口服疏肝化瘀祛痰方剂,比较两组治疗前后血脂指变化及治疗效果。结果:治疗前两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C指标比较无显著差异(P>0.05),不具有统计学意义;治疗后观察组TC、TG、LDL-C指标改善效果明显高于对照组(P<0.05),具有统计学意义;治疗后观察组冠心病心绞痛治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论:在痰瘀互阻型冠心病心绞痛常规西药治疗基础上进行疏肝化瘀祛痰法治疗可有效改善患者血脂水平,提升冠心病心绞痛治疗总有效率,具有应用及推广价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of the Shugan Huayu Qutan therapy(疏肝化瘀祛痰法)on coronary heart disease with angina pectoris of phlegm and blood stasis mutual obstruction type.Methods:80cases of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease treated in the Department of Cardiology in our hospital from January2016to January2017were selected as the research subjects.All patients were diagnosed and treated by TCM syndrome differentiation of asphlegm and blood stasis mutual obstruction type,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group by using the method of random number table.40patients in the control group only received western medicine.While40cases in the observation group received the Shugan Huayu Qutan therapy more.The changes of blood lipids before and after treatment in both groups and their therapeutic effects were compared.Results:After treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C index in the observation group were improved more significantly than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional western medicine plus the Shugan Huayu Qutan therapy could effectively improve the level of blood lipid in patients and the efficiency,which was of value of application and promotion.
