硝呋太尓制霉素软胶囊联合除湿止痒洗液治疗妊娠期念珠菌阴道炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:硝呋太尔制霉素软胶囊联合除湿止痒洗液治疗妊娠期念珠菌阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年11月-2017年2月我院门诊患者200例,A组100例孕妇是同意联合用药治疗妊娠期念珠菌阴道炎,B组100例孕妇是单一用药或者未使用任何药物,连续追踪6个月,观察患者症状改善情况和复发率情况。结果:A组治疗率明显高于B组,复发率A组低于B组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:硝呋太尔制霉素软胶囊联合除湿止痒洗液治疗妊娠期念珠菌阴道炎,效果显著,安全性高,复发率低。Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of nifuranol-making soft capsule and the Chushi Zhiyang lotion(除湿止痒洗液)on monilia vaginitis during pregnancy.Methods:200patients with monilia vaginitis during pregnancy treated in our hospital from November2015to February2017were selected and divided into two groups.100patients in Group A received nifuranol-making soft capsule and the Chushi Zhiyang lotion while100patients in Group B received sole treatment or no treatment at all.All the patients were followed up for6months and the improvement of symptoms and recurrence rate was observed.Results:The cure rate in Group A was significantly higher than that in Group B,and the recurrence rate in Group A was significantly lower than that in Group B.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nifuranol-making soft capsule and the Chushi Zhiyang lotion showed significant effects on monilia vaginitis during pregnancy,it was of high safety and low recurrence rate,which was easy for the pregnant women to operate.
