摘  要:目的:探讨Ni Ti形状记忆合金接骨器用于治疗胸骨横断骨折的临床应用疗效。方法:2016年3月—2017年3月笔者共诊治19例胸骨横断骨折患者,并对其中9例胸骨横断骨折患者使用Ni Ti形状记忆合金接骨器进行胸骨复位内固定手术治疗,并观察临床疗效。结果:9例患者均顺利完成手术,在术后胸部轮廓即可恢复正常,胸壁浮动消失,术后2d,呼吸正常,血氧正常,胸痛明显减轻,2周后行胸部CT及X线检查发现9例患者骨折端均无移位,伤口愈合正常,未发胸骨断端及纵隔感染,未发现皮肤过敏及胸壁浮动等症状。所有患者胸骨横断骨折均临床痊愈,未出现Ni Ti形状记忆合金接骨器错位或断裂情况,未出现死亡病例。结论:Ni Ti形状记忆合金接骨器用于治疗胸骨横断骨折不仅临床治疗效果显著,而且操作简单,不易发生脱落,值得临床上广泛推广使用。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of NiTi shape memory alloy coupler on sternal fracture.Methods:A total of19patients with transverse sternal fracture treated by the writer from March2016to March2017were selected.Among them,9patients with transverse sternal fracture were treated with NiTi shape memory alloy coupler for reposition and internal fixation of sternum,and the clinical efficacy was observed.Results:The surgery was completed successfully in9patients.After surgery,the chest outline was recovered to normal,and floating thoracic wall disappeared.2days after surgery,the breath and saturation of blood oxygen were normal,and chest pain was significantly lightened.2weeks after surgery,CT scan and radiography of the chest showed that no displacement of the fracture ends,the wound healed normally,no infection in the sternum at the severed end and mediastinum,skin allergy,or floating thoracic wall.In all the patients,the transverse sternal fracture was cured in clinic,no dislocation or breakage of NiTi shape memory alloy coupler,and no deaths occurred.Conclusions:NiTi shape memory alloy coupler on transverse sternal fracture not only showed excellent clinical efficacy,but also was easy and not prone to falling off,and was worthy of clinical application.
