摘  要:目的将父母认知及管理应用于支气管哮喘患儿临床治疗中,对其临床效果讨论研究。方法参与本实验的支气管患儿共100例,按照随机数字表法将所有患儿分成研究组和对照组,其中对照组患儿接受传统常规临床护理,研究组患儿接受父母认知管理,对两组患儿相关临床指标数据变化情况进行比较分析。结果相比于对照组患儿的临床治疗依从性和总有效率76%(38/50)和78%(39/50)而言,研究组患儿临床治疗依从性96%(48/50)和临床治疗总有效率98%(49/50)均更高;同时治疗后相比于对照组患儿日间和夜间哮喘评分(1.75±0.53)、(1.70±0.43)分而言,研究组患儿日间和夜间哮喘评分(0.46±0.13)、(0.54±0.12)分均更低(P<0.05)。结论将父母认知及管理应用于支气管哮喘患儿临床治疗中,能够进一步改善患儿的哮喘情况,这对于促进患儿身体恢复、提高了临床治疗效果具有重要意义。Objective To study the clinical effect of parents'cognition and management on the treatment efficacy of children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of100cases with bronchial children were selected and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table.The control group was treated with conventional clinical care,and the study group accepted parents'cognition and management.Clinical index data changes between two groups were compared.Results Compared with clinical treatment compliance and the total efficiency of76%(38/50)and78%(39/50)in the control group,those in the study group[96%(48/50)and98%(49/50)]were higher;At the same time,compared with daytime and nocturnal asthma the score(1.75±0.53),(1.70±0.43)in the control group,those in the study group[(0.46±0.13),(0.54±0.12)]were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Parents cognition and management applied in the clinical treatment of bronchial asthma can further improve the situation of children with asthma,which is of great significance to promote the recovery of Children's body and improve the effect of clinical treatment.
