妇产科腹腔镜治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕症效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析输卵管梗阻性不孕症患者在临床治疗中应用腹腔镜临床疗效。方法参与本实验的输卵管梗阻性不孕症患者共40例,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分成两组,将传统开腹手术和腹腔镜分别应用于对照组和研究组患者临床治疗中。结果相比于对照组输卵管通畅率55.00%,研究组患者输卵管通畅率95.00%更高(P<0.05);同时研究组患者排气时间(31.44±5.23)h、手术时间(54.24±7.46)min、住院时间(6.21±1.68)d和术中出血量(19.24±3.31)mL明显低于对照组患者排气时间(48.46±6.16)h、手术时间(78.55±9.25)min、住院时间(11.55±2.11)d和术中出血量(36.24±4.46)mL。结论输卵管梗阻性不孕症患者在临床治疗中应用腹腔镜疗效较好,还能够有效缩短其住院、手术及排气时间,同时控制术中出血量,在达到预期临床疗效的同时控制实现安全性,在临床中应用具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of laparoscopy in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility.Methods A total of40cases with oviduct obstructive infertility were selected as subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional laparotomy,and the study group was treated with laparoscopy.Results Compared with the tubal patency rate of55.00%in the control group,which in the study group(95.00%)was95.00%higher(P<0.05);Exhaust time in the study group was(31.44±5.23)h,the operation time was(54.24±7.46)min,hospitalization time was(6.21±1.68)d and intraoperative bleeding(119.24±3.31)mL,which were lower than exhaust time(48.46±6.16)h,the operation time(78.55±9.25)min,hospitalization time(11.55±2.11)d and the amount of bleeding during operation(36.24±4.46)mL in the control group.Conclusion Laparoscopy for oviduct obstructive infertility shows good efficacy,and can effectively shorten the time of hospitalization,operation and exhaust,and control the amount of bleeding during the operation.It achieves the expected clinical efficacy and control the realization of safety,and is worthy of great significance in clinical application.
