奥马哈系统为框架的个性化管理在糖尿病药学服务中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨奥马哈系统为框架制定的个性化管理方案在糖尿病患者药学服务中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年5~10月收治的2型糖尿病患者100例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者选用常规的糖尿病药物护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上采取奥马哈系统为框架的个性化药物管理。对比两组患者的临床疗效、服药依从性、并发症发生率以及空腹血糖下降值结果,同时对两组患者的效果-成本进行分析。结果观察组患者的临床总有效率(96.00%)和服药依从性(100.00%)显著高于对照组患者的72.00%和80.00%;并发症发生率对照组(14.00%)显著高于观察组。观察组患者干预后空腹血糖值[(5.8±0.3)mmol/L]显著低于对照组患者[(6.6±0.4)mmol/L]。餐后2h血糖[(6.2±0.3)mmol/L]与对照组患者[(7.8±0.4)mmol/L]相比差异明显;效果-成本分析结果显示在用药成本上,对照组患者为C/E为4.35,显著低于观察组患者的15.18。结论以奥马哈系统为框架所构建的个性化管理能够显著提高患者的临床疗效和服药依从性,降低患者的并发症发生率,提高患者的效果-成本,值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of Omaha system as a framework for the development of personalized management program in the pharmacy service of diabetic patients.Methods A total of100patients with diabetes mellitus from May2016to October2016were randomly divided into control group and observation group(n=50).The patients in the control group were treated with conventional diabetic drug care.The patients in the observation group were treated with the Omaha system as a framework for personalized drug management.The clinical efficacy,drug compliance,complication rate and fasting blood glucose decline were compared between the two groups,and the effect and cost of the two groups were analyzed.Results The level of fasting blood glucose(5.8±0.3)mmol/L in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(6.6±0.4)mmol/L,2h postprandial blood glucose(6.2±0.3)mmol/L in the control group was significantly lower than in the observation group(7.8±0.3)mmol/L.The cost-cost analysis showed that the cost of the patients in the control group was4.35,Significantly lower than the observation group of patients15.18.Conclusion The personalized management based on Omaha system can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and medication compliance of patients,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the patient's effect-cost,worthy of clinical application.
