摘　　要：目的探讨冠心病患者与血浆超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、脑尿钠肽(BNP)水平之间的相关性及临床意义。方法回顾性分析2016年6月~2017年8月期间来我院接受治疗的90例冠心病患者,依据主要血管病变数量分为三组,即甲组(n=33,单支病变)、乙组(n=33,双支病变)、丙组(n=24,多支病变);同时选择进行体检90例健康者为参照组,分别测定各组血浆hs-CRP、IL-6、BNP水平,并展开统计比较,分析冠心病与血浆hs-CRP、IL-6、BNP水平的相关性。结果甲组、乙组、丙组患者血浆hs-CRP、IL-6、BNP水平显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着血管病变数量的不断增加,水平逐渐升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Gensini积分与hs-CRP、IL-6、BNP水平呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论冠心病血管病变数量与血浆hs-CRP、IL-6、BNP水平之间存在相关性,可对冠状动脉病变程度予以体现,具有十分显著的临床价值。Objective To investigate the correlation between plasma hypersensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and its clinical significance.Methods Ninety patients with coronary heart disease treated in our hospital from June2016to August2017were retrospectively analyzed.Based on the number of major vascular lesions,they were divided into3groups:group A(n=33,single branch lesion,group B(n=33,double vessel disease),group C(n=24,multivessel);At the same time,90healthy persons were selected as the reference group.The levels of plasma hs-CRP,IL-6and BNP were measured in each group,and the statistical comparison was carried out.The correlation between coronary heart disease and plasma levels of hs-CRP,IL-6and BNP was analyzed.Results The plasma levels of hs-CRP,IL-6and BNP in group A,B and C were significantly higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).With the increase of the number of vascular lesions,the level increased gradually,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Gensini score was positively correlated with the level of hs-CRP,IL-6and BNP(P<0.01).Conclusion There is a correlation between the number of coronary artery disease and the level of plasma hs-CRP,IL-6and BNP.It can reflect the degree of coronary artery disease and has a very significant clinical value.
