体外冲击波治疗复杂输尿管结石中螺旋形双J管的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨体外冲击波治疗复杂输尿管结石中螺旋形双J管的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月~2017年2月间我院收治给予体外冲击波碎石术治疗的复杂输尿管结石患者60例,随机分成观察组和对照组,每组30例,观察组采用术前放置螺旋形双J管,对照组采用术前放置普通双J管,对比观察和分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果通过对两组患者ESWL的实施次数、排除体内结石的周期以及对结石一次性粉碎的几率进行比较发现,观察组患者上述指标中均明显优于对照组,两组患者在治疗后临床效果方面比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率比较显示,观察组并发症发生率为33.33%,对照组并发症发生率为60.00%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在体外冲击波对复杂性输尿管结石的治疗中发现,螺旋形双J管的置入会使患者的临床治疗效果更加理想,对结石的粉碎更佳,所以在体外冲击波治疗复杂输尿管结石的治疗中螺旋双J管具有更高的临床应用价值,值得在临床治疗中广泛使用和推广。Objective To investigate clinical application of spiral double J tube in the treatment of complicated ureteral calculi with extracorporeal shock wave.Methods60patients with complex ureteral calculi treated by extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy from January2015to February2017were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30cases in each group.In the observation group,the spiral double J tube was placed before operation,and the normal double J tube was placed before the operation in the control group.The clinical effect of of patients in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results By comparing the number of ESWL in the two groups,the period of removing the stones in the body,and the probability of one-time crushing ofthe stones,the above indexes of the observation group were all obviously superior to those of the control group.The difference of clinical effect in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the two groups showed that the incidence of complications in the observation group was33.33%,and the complication rate in the control group was60.00%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implantation of spiral double J tube in the treatment of complex ureteral stones with extracorporeal shock wave will make the patient more effective in clinical treatment,and the effect of crushing stones is better.Therefore,in the treatment of complex ureteral calculi with extracorporeal shock wave,spiral J double tube has higher clinical application value,and is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinical treatment.
