摘  要:随着社会经济水平的不断发展,我国对于人才的需求量也在不断提升。由于传统的人才培养模式中,过于注重理论方面的培养,缺乏实际应用能力的锻炼,导致毕业生只有理论知识而没有应用能力。因此,如何培养应用型人才,成为我国社会经济发展过程中亟待解决的重要问题。TRIZ模式,也就是发明问题解决理论,是当今世界上指导创新的最佳方法,在人才培养上具有重要的意义。因此,将TRIZ理论运用在人才培养上具有重要的意义。With the continuous development of the social and economic level,the demand for talents gets constantly improved in China.However,the traditional talent training model places too much stress on the aspect of theoretical training and neglects the training of practical application ability,which results in the graduates’only having theoretical knowledge rather than application ability.Therefore,how to cultivate applied talents has become an important problem to be urgently solved in the process of social and economic development in China.The TRIZ model is the best way to guide innovation in the world today and of great significance in talent cultivation.because it is the theory on discovering and solving problems,Therefore,it is of great significance to apply the TRIZ theory into the talent cultivation.
