改良额肌瓣悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂的临床体会

摘　　要：目的分析改良额肌瓣悬吊术在治疗重度上睑下垂患者当中的应用效果。方法选取郏县妇幼保健院35例重度上睑下垂患者,均行改良额肌瓣悬吊术治疗。比较两组疗效、并发症发生情况。结果 35例患者经治疗后正矫29例,过矫2例,欠矫4例,正矫率为82.86%(29/35),双重睑形成均较为自然、美观、无畸形且并发症较少。结论重度上睑下垂患者行改良额肌瓣悬吊术治疗疗效显著,美观度好,并发症少,安全性高。Objective To analyze the effect of modified frontalis flap suspension in the treatment of severe ptosis.Methods35cases of severe ptosis in Jiaxian maternal and child health care hospital were treated with modified frontal muscle flap suspension.Theeffects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results In35cases,29cases were corrected after treatment,2cases were over corrected,4cases were under correction,and the positive correction rate was82.86%(29/35).The double eyelid formation wasnatural,beautiful,no deformity and fewer complications.Conclusion The modified frontal muscle flap suspension is effective in the treatment of severe ptosis,with good beauty,less complications and high safety.
