曲安奈德联合压力疗法对整形外科术后瘢痕增生的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨对整形外科术后瘢痕增生患者采取曲安奈德+压力方法进行治疗的临床效果。方法选择我院2017年1月~2017年10月接受治疗的128例患者进行对照研究,将其分为联合组和单一组,各组64例。单一组注射曲安奈德进行治疗,联合组则在此基础上给予压力疗法,对比各组治疗效果。结果联合组的治疗有效率为60例(93.75%)显著高于单一组49例(76.56%),联合组的复发率为5例(7.81%)、不良反应发生几率6例(9.38%)显著低于单一组16例(25.00%)、18例(28.13%),P<0.05表示差异有统计学意义。结论对整形外科术后瘢痕增生患者采取曲安奈德+压力方法进行联合治疗,能够减少不良反应的发生,更加利于患者的身体康复。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of triamcinolone acetonide+stress treatment for patients with hypertrophic scar after plastic surgery.Methods:A total of128patients treated in our hospital from January2017to October2017were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into two groups:the combined group and the single group,with64cases in each group.A single injection of triamcinolone acetonide for treatment,the combination group was given pressure therapy on the basis of this,compared the treatment effect of each group.Results:The effective rate of combination therapy was60(93.75%)in49cases(76.56%)in single group,5cases(7.81%)in combined group,6cases(9.38%)in adverse reactions,16cases(25.00%)and18cases(28.13%)were significantly lower than those in the single group.P<0.05was considered statistically significant.Conclusion:The combined treatment of triamcinolone acetonide and pressure in patients with scar hyperplasia after plastic surgery can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and more conducive to the patient's physical rehabilitation.
