摘  要:目的探讨大Q激光联合创福康胶原冷敷贴在治疗面部雀斑术后创面护理中的应用效果。方法选择120例面部雀斑接受大Q532nm激光治疗术后的患者,将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例,对照组患者术后即刻给予冰垫冰敷面部20~30min,治疗后3d每天应用冰垫冰敷创面1次,每次20~30min;观察组患者术后即刻给予创福康胶原冷敷贴20~30min,持续至治疗后3d,每天一次,每次20~30min,比较两组患者术后雀斑治疗有效率、并发症、创面疼痛消退时间、创面结痂及脱痂时间。结果观察组患者雀斑治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),术后创面并发症、疼痛消退时间、创面结痂以及痂皮脱落时间低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大Q532nm激光联合创福康胶原冷敷贴治疗面部雀斑可提高治疗有效率,提高激光术后护理质量,降低并发症及缩短术后患者创面疼痛持续时间及结痂时间,促进创口恢复。Objective To investigate the effect of collagen cold dressing on postoperative nursing of Q-laser in the treatment of freckle.Methods120patients of facial freckles treated with Q532nm laser were randomly divided into observation group and control group,after laser treating,the observation group60patients were given the collagen cold dressing20min to30min once a day for3d,and the control group60patients were given ice compress for the same time.The effective rate,complication,aching time and the time of incrustation and decrustation of two groups patients were evaluated.Results The effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that control group(P<0.05).The wound complications,aching time and the time of incrustation and decrustation were lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Collagen cold dressing was used on postoperative nursing of Q-laser in the treatment of facial freckle is an effective and safe method.
