摘　　要：目的分析会阴部及肛周重度瘢痕挛缩畸形整复治疗的临床护理方法。方法择取2014年1月-2017年1月我院收治的100例接受会阴部及肛周重度瘢痕挛缩畸形整复治疗者为研究对象,结合患者具体情况,开展临床护理,分析结果。结果 80例接受皮瓣移植术,78例成活,为I期愈合。2例患者皮片四周坏死糜烂,经换药处理后愈合。20例为局部皮片修复术,成活18例,I期愈合。2例术后皮瓣远端坏死发黑,开展移植刃后皮片覆盖术后愈合,I期愈合。局部畸形被完全纠正,阴唇、阴囊、阴茎以及肛门恢复至受伤前位置。结论对于接受会阴部及肛周重度瘢痕挛缩畸形整复治疗的患者,在治疗过程中,最好围手术期护理工作,可全面提升患者生活质量,促进疾病转归,帮助其树立起战胜疾病的信心,值得进一步推广。Objective To analyze the clinical nursing of the treatment of perineal and perianal severe scar contracture deformity.Methods One hundred patients admitted to our hospital from January2014to January2017were enrolled in this study.They were treated by perineal and perianal severe scar contracture deformity and combined with the specific conditions of the patients to carry out clinical nursing and analyze the surgical results.Results Eighty cases underwent skin flap grafting and78survived.2cases of necrosis of the skin around the patient,after dressing treatment healed.20cases of local skin graft repair,18cases of survival,I phase healing.In2cases,the distal necrosis of the skin flap was black,and the graft was covered with skin graft to heal after operation.Local deformities were completely corrected,and the labia,scrotum,penis and anus recovered to their pre-injury location.Conclusion For perineal and perianal patients with severe scar contracture deformity repair treatment,the best perioperative care during the treatmentcan be comprehensively improve the quality of life of patients to promote the prognosis of the disease to help establish The confidence to overcome the disease deserves to be further promoted.
