皮肤激光美容术后患者的防晒护理对策及效果

摘　　要：目的探讨皮肤激光美容术后患者的防晒护理对策及效果。方法选取2015年4月~2016年5月我院收治的36例行皮肤激光美容术患者(色素性皮肤病),施行术后常规护理与针对性防晒护理,分析后光敏反应出现率、色素沉着出现率、皮肤复发出现率及其对防晒护理的满意度。结果观察组患者干预后色素沉着出现1例,占2.78%(1/36),且未见光敏反应,患处改善情况良好,仅1例患者因个人原因出现复发,复发率为2.78%(1/36)。观察组患者对防晒护理的满意度情况如下:非常满意20例,一般满意15例,不满意1例,满意率为97.22%(35/36)。结论针对皮肤激光美容术后患者按照不同皮肤疾病类型及皮肤所处的不同时期采用合理的方式实施防晒护理,可有效促进患者皮肤恢复,降低皮损、光敏反应、色素沉着等发生的可能性,进而减少患者皮肤疾病的复发,有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the countermeasures and effects of sunscreen nursing for skin laser cosmetic surgery patients.Methods From April2015to May2016,36patients(Pigmented skin disease)who underwent skin laser cosmetology in our hospital were selected and routine postoperative nursing and targeted sunscreen nursing were selected.The incidence of photosensitive reaction,the incidence of hyperpigmentation,recurrence of skin Incidence and its satisfaction with sun care.Results In the observation group,1patient[2.78%(1/36)]developed hyperpigmentation after intervention,and no photosensitive reaction was found.The improvement of the affected area was good.Only1patient developed recurrence due to personal reasons.The recurrence rate was2.78%(1/36).The patients in the observation group were satisfied with the sun care as follows:20patients were very satisfied,15were generally satisfied and1was not satisfied.The satisfaction rate was97.22%(35/36).Conclusion According to the different types of skin diseases and the different periods of the skin,the patients with skin laser cosmetology can apply sunscreen nursing care in a reasonable way,which can effectively promote the skin recovery and reduce the possibility of skin lesions,photoreactions and pigmentation.,And then reduce the recurrence of skin diseases in patients with clinical promotion value.
