摘 要:分别采用连续流动分析法和氯仿萃取法对水体中的挥发酚进行测定,比较了2种方法的原理、分析步骤以及准确度和精密度等,结果表明,2种方法均满足水质监测的技术要求,连续流动分析法自动控制、检测效率程度更高,测定的平行性、准确度、精密度也更好。The determination of volatile phenols in water body was performed by continuous flow injection analysis and chloroform extraction,and a comparison research was carried out on their principles,analytical procedures,accuracies,precisions,and etc.The results showed that both of the analytical methods could meet requirements of the water quality monitoring technical specification.It was found that the continuous flow injection analysis could have higher automatic control performance and detection efficiency,whilst having much better parallelism,accuracy and precision.
